Project Leadership

As a Principal, Tom takes a leading role in directing the firm’s project teams from concept to completion. Since joining RATIO in 1994, Tom’s strengths in design coordination and project management have helped higher education clients achieve and enrich their goals.

Familiar with the challenges that his clients face, Tom is skilled at engaging and guiding them through the planning and design process, ensuring that the end result clearly communicates their vision. Tom’s ability to build consensus within diverse user groups helps to facilitate the creation of meaningful, functional solutions that have longevity. Motivated by the user experience, Tom works closely with clients to maximize their budget, while delivering a high-quality, customized design.

With more than 22 years of diverse architectural experience, Tom continues to enjoy the new challenges that each project brings and the relationships he builds along the way.
