Project Leadership

Since joining RATIO, Kevin has worked with his clients to create attractive and healthy habitats in which citizens and their families can live, work and play. With an educational and professional background in community planning and architecture, he brings a unique perspective to the overall planning process. Kevin is committed to providing professional expertise in planning and design services that respond to a client’s needs while exhibiting a creative flair and environmental sensitivity, reflecting modern design theories.

Kevin's responsibilities include urban design, document production and project management tasks, always working to ensure the client’s goals, objectives and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. As a planner, he has used his exceptional communication skills to present projects and facilitate public meetings, community workshops and charrettes.
