The City of Fort Wayne is preparing a Downtown Design Manual which will apply to new development and exterior renovation projects in the Downtown.

On behalf of the project team and the review group, we would like to thank all those who attended our Open House on Thursday, February 11, 2010.

We are currently in the process of reviewing public comments made on the draft and making final adjustments to the manual. Below are a few summary materials from the Open House.
